Subi East Master Plan

Following an extensive three year engagement process, the Final Master Plan for the Subi East project was approved and formally announced by Planning Minister Rita Saffioti MLA on 28 October 2020.

The Master Plan provides a framework for the delivery of substantial economic and social opportunities that will breathe new life into the area through the creation of a vibrant inner-city village and gateway to Subiaco. The Master Plan was built on three years of engagement with the community, which generated more than 3000 comments about the proposed plans for Subi East.

The final Master Plan seeks to achieve a balance between the wide and diverse views of local residents, businesses, Whadjuk elders, industry representatives and the broader community. Thank you to the thousands of West Australians who have contributed to the Master Plan.
